Success is never ending, it is a process. Likewise, quality improvement is a continuous process. It can only be achieved by the commitment of each and every individual in every functional group in an organization to the quality aspect.

It is the policy of the firm to manufacture and supply quality products which meet the requirements of the satisfaction of the customers in all respects.

The Quality policy of the firm is implemented in the following manner:

Everybody contributes towards the built-in quality of the product. Therefore it is essential to create an awareness about the quality requirements.
No defective cables shall be supplied to the customer.
No compromise will be made on quality irrespective of the cost of the product.
A Quality Plan will be laid down for each type of cable and its implementation shall be fully ensured. Records of all the tests conducted shall be maintained.
Raw materials not meeting the specifications shall not be accepted.
Responsibility for each task to be carried out shall be assigned to the respective personnel.
It shall be ensured that all the manufacturing and testing facilities are available in-house and they are fully maintained / calibrated periodically to ensure accuracy.
