To ensure the quality of a product, an internal audit is carried out at
each stage of production.
Quality plan is made for each type of cable against the specific order
in accordance with the specifications laid down in the supply order.
Depending upon the type of cable and as laid down in the governing
specification, the various tests are carried out on 100% basis or on
sampling basis.
The implementation of the Quality plan by each personnel at every stage
of production shall ensure built-in quality in the product, thus meeting the
end use of the product to the satisfaction of the customers.
The purpose of quality audit is to verify the compliance of the Quality
Plan and related procedures, and to assess the effectiveness of quality
system.
